- For online application, download the application form for the category you wish to apply. You may apply for multiple categories.
- Key in the required data as indicated in the application form
- Provide supporting data relevant to categories (indicated in boxes below categories) for financial years ending December/March.
- For this year’s award, for evaluation, the last/latest financial year considered will be December 2022/March 2023.
- After filling up the application form/forms, save & close the same.
- Fill in the mandatory data fields & tick the boxes against the categories applied by you.
- Now browse/Drag & Drop all the filled up application form,(from the location you have saved them) in the space provided below & CLICK SUBMIT FOR SUBMISSION.
- The Data submitted will be duly verified by Indian Chamber of Commerce Team & Jury along with Process Partner.
- Incomplete forms will be rejected
- For additional documents you may submit the same by dragging & dropping the document in the Drag & Drop Box
- Last date for sending filled up application form is September 30, 2023.
